The CRS New Construction Process
Step 1: Plan Review and Consultation. We meet with the general contractor to review blueprints and project requirements.
Step 2: Plumbing Rough-In. We install pipes, drains, and venting systems before walls go up — cleanly and precisely.
Step 3: Plumbing Tap Out/Cap Out. After the rough-in and before the walls are sealed (with drywall, for example), the ends of the pipes that will connect to fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers) are temporarily sealed or capped.
Step 4: Fixture and Equipment Installation. Once construction advances, we install sinks, toilets, tubs, water heaters, and other final plumbing components.
Step 5: Final Testing and Inspection. Before handoff to the contractor, we thoroughly test all systems and pass required inspections.
Step 6: Support After Move-In. Have a question after your project is complete? We’re just a call away. There is a one-year warranty after move-in.
