Ricardo, originally from Cuba, came to America in search of opportunity and freedom. With nothing but hard work, determination, and his family’s support, he built a new life in Jacksonville. After gaining years of experience with a major company in Jacksonville and earning his plumbing license, Ricardo launched Concept Renaissance Services to offer something unique: a full-service solution where customers didn’t need to juggle multiple contractors.
